I specialize in creating custom jewelry and wearable objects, including rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, hair accessories, and more.

When will I receive my piece?

Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Ready-to-ship pieces typically ship within 5–10 business days. If an item is available for immediate purchase, its estimated shipping timeline will be noted on the product page.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Custom Orders:
Every custom project is unique, and timelines vary depending on the scope of the work. During the design process, we'll discuss your timeline and establish an estimated completion date before production begins. Typically the minimum lead time I need is 2-3 weeks.
If you're working toward a specific occasion or deadline, please let me know. I strive to be as flexible as possible and will do my best to accommodate your schedule while ensuring each piece receives the time and attention it deserves.
Shipping?

All U.S. orders are shipped and fully insured via UPS or USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International orders are also shipped fully insured via UPS or USPS. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns?

Because each piece is handmade and produced in small batches, I am unable to offer refunds at this time.
Eligible non-custom items may be returned for store credit if they are returned unworn and in their original condition within 10 business days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the store credit amount.

Please note that custom, personalized, engraved, and made-to-order custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or store credit. If something isn’t what you expected or doesn’t fit properly, please let me know and we can discuss the next steps to fix it.
